JAK Productions designs and builds a customer platform for each client based on two core company competencies: information technology and staff training. Before representative agents from JAK Productions can reach out for their clients and contact potential donors, they must first undergo an extensive training program. The training program focuses on agent accuracy, agent compliance with regulatory standards governing financial solicitation, and agent effectiveness. The training program provides each agent with a core level of telefunding professionalism that is reinforced and refined through manager monitoring of shift calls and by independent reviews of sample calls by JAK’s quality-assurance department.
